faq:
- countries we accept orders from: 🇯🇵🇰🇷🇨🇳🇹🇭
(we usually open enstars splits/GOs, any personal orders (non enst OK!) or split req (enst only) from the countries listed above are welcome!- we can do dealings with overseas sellers, and check out from a majority of overseas webs.
please dm for any inquiries regarding persods or split requests!- when your item is secured, you will receive an invoice. it is highly preferred to fullpay.- max payment time is 1 day. lewat dari itu TANPA KONFIRMASI akan dikenakan denda 1k/hari. Late payment is 100% allowed with prior notice.- all prices stated on the tweet adalah harga BERSIH INA (excl shopee adm + packing fee) jadi kalian tidak perlu membayar emstax lagi. langsung CO packing saja ketika barang sudah sampai ina.- payment methods: shopee/gopay/BCA/qris (ask if needed!)- shipping through shopee (freeong). manual shipping is available, tetapi biaya ongkir ditanggung buyer
how to order:
--splits
1. dm me or reply or with the item you are interested in purchasing under the split tweet2. once the batch/your item has been secured, i will dm you with the invoice and payment info3. you will be notified when your items have arrived in ina4. once your items have arrived, you can CO them via shopee! (adm fee 5% + packing fee tergantung how many/big your item is)
how to order:
--persod/split req
1. dm me with the item you are interested in purchasing2. bakal ku kasih tahu terlebih dahulu harga bersihnya. jika setuju dengan harga tersebut,
persod: you need to pay first (fp only) before ku lanjut order.
split req: akan ku tweet splitnya.3. you will be notified when your items have arrived in ina4. once your items have arrived, you can CO them via shopee! (adm fee 5% + packing fee tergantung how many/big your item is)
tnc:
- kalo izin late payment, you are not allowed to book anything until you pay.- it is highly preferred for private accs to dm me instead of unpriving to reply under the tweet.- do let me know if you happen to change your usn or move accs or go inactive (jika masih ada jajanan). it would be helpful if you could give me alternative ways to contact you.- cancellation is still possible if your items haven't been ordered!- but if your items have been ordered, cancellation IS STRICLY NOT ALLOWED.- jika HNR ketika sudah payment, maka payment akan hangus dan barang akan jadi hak milik admin.- if you want to cancel an ORDERED item, you have to find an opslot.- jika kalian tidak claim/CO barang TANPA KONFIRMASI setelah MAX WAKTU TIMBUN 2 BULAN, barang kalian akan menjadi hak milik admin.- when receiving your items, if you happen to receive something different or less than what you ordered, please do dm me with the unboxing video or pictures.- we are not responsible for damage caused by sellers or shipping.
- for incidents in which the seller turns out to be a scammer:
> refunds are only given if it's purely my fault; e.g split/link dari kami.
> no refunds will be given for split requests, persods, and damages caused by courier/shipping.
